Official Client Guide To ensure clarity, security, and transparency for all clients, all payments for services must be made in currency pounds (£), including international transfers. 

Below you will find the official banking details for completing your payment:

Surivon UK accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer (UK and international transfers)
• Debit or credit card (where applicable)
• Online payment links (Wise)
• PayPal Account
• Invoice-based payments for business clients
• Other securely directly through the Surivon UK website.
• All invoices must be paid in full before the service begins, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct payment amount is transferred.
• For bank transfers, please include your full name or company name and invoice number as the payment reference.

Important Notes for Clients:

• After making a transfer, clients should send a payment confirmation to contact@surivonuk.co.uk.  
• Your booking or service will only be confirmed after payment is received and verified.
• All payments must be made in GBP (£) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• International clients are responsible for currency conversion and bank fees charged by their own bank.
• Surivon UK does not charge payment surcharges to customers from the UK.
• Surivon UK does charge payment surcharged to customers from outside the UK (Swift): 2.16 GBP Wise fee.
• VAT will be added to invoices only when applicable under UK law (e.g., if the business is VAT registered).
• If payment is not received by the due date, Surivon UK may pause or cancel the service.
• Access to booked services will not be granted until payment is fully completed.

Interpreter Services Booking

If the client is interested in requesting our interpreter services, please follow the instructions below based on your payment method:

1. Clients without a PayPal account:

• Please navigate to the "Fees" page on our website to complete the payment using a debit or credit card via our secure Fees page.
• When making the payment, please include the preferred date and time in the “Notes/Observations” section.
• Our team will review the request and respond within 24 hours, confirming whether the requested time can be accommodated or if it needs to be rescheduled.

2. Clients with a PayPal account:

• Clients may make payment directly via the "Booking" page on our website.
• Clients can select the preferred date and time during the booking process.
• Once completed, the booking will be automatically confirmed and fully paid.
• Please note that it is not possible to make debit or credit card payments directly through the Booking page if clients do not have a PayPal account.

We kindly ask all clients to follow the instructions above to ensure a smooth and professional scheduling process.

3. Upon payment confirmation, the client receives:

• A confirmation email
• The service start date
• Relevant documents or next step

Indemnity Insurance

This provider holds valid business insurance covering the services provided under this agreement, ensuring professional standards and accountability.

For this business, “Surivon UK” is the trading name of Mr. Wagner Victor dos Santos Penteado, acting as a self-employed service provider based in the United Kingdom. 

This business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute rising from any agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
