Mr. Wagner Victor dos Santos Penteado, Founder, Managing Director, and Owner of Surivon UK, is a Brazilian and Italian professional based in the centre of London with a strong international background in business, sales, education, and travel. He has lived in Brazil, Italy, Portugal, Thailand, and the Netherlands, and has been based in London, UK for seven years, gaining extensive international experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in International Business Management (Upper Second Class: 2:1) from Anglia Ruskin University, a UK institution recognised in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings and awarded University of the Year 2023 for excellence in teaching. He is currently completing an MBA (Master of Business Administration) in International Business at the same university.

Between 2021 and 2022, Mr. Penteado completed a Foundation year in BSc (Hons) Business and Tourism Management at Canterbury Christ Church University in Canterbury, United Kingdom. During this period, he gained solid academic knowledge in international tourism, business operations, customer experience, and global travel systems, which strongly contributes to his professional approach within travel services and international projects.

Before becoming self-employed, Mr. Wagner Penteado worked in Brazil for a retail company, where he developed leadership skills, managed teams, supported operations, and improved customer experience. In the UK, he gained experience as a Teaching and Learning Mentor in a Special Needs School, supporting communication, organisation, and development, roles that strengthened his ability to work with people, manage processes, and deliver high-quality support.

Alongside his professional roles, he has worked as a travel agent since 2024, planning trips for clients and exploring over 30 countries worldwide, with extensive travel experience particularly across Europe, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. This gave him deep knowledge of international cultures, logistics, planning, and customer service. In the same year, he spent six months travelling as a digital nomad across Southeast Asia while simultaneously helping clients customise their trips.

Since January 2025, he has been working as a professional interpreter, supporting public services across the UK. His experience covers National Health Service (NHS), hospitals, private organizations, Metropolitan Police assignments, courts, Department for Work & Pensions, and UK Visas & Immigration. He provides interpreting in community settings and public institutions, helping reduce language barriers through face-to-face, video, and phone interpreting. He has completed more than 1,500 hours of interpreting across different formats, ensuring accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and clear communication in every interaction. He is fully bilingual in English and Portuguese, which allows him to work effectively in diverse environments and support both UK-based and international clients.

Today, Mr. Penteado continues working as an interpreter, travel planner, and specialises in sales support and lead generation for small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, EU, and US. He identifies high-quality B2B prospects through targeted research, manages personalised email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and sets up or optimises the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot and Pipedrive to ensure organised and efficient sales pipelines. He also provides full sales support, including proposal preparation, market research, contract management, and administrative assistance.
